Sin Duda Villas is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of all
its guests. We have written this privacy policy to inform you of the
information collection and use policies of the Sindudavillas.com web
site, such as the specific information that we collect from you, how
we use this information, and what options you have in sharing this
information with us when you visit our site. Protecting your privacy
is a significant part of Sin Duda Villa's commitment to providing you
with a pleasant carefree vacation experience. This is our current
policy, effective April 2002. We reserve the right to change this
policy from time to time. You will know if the policy has been updated
as we will change the effective date of the policy and will make a
note on the site's home page that the privacy policy has been updated
from a previous policy.

information do we collect? How do we use it?
You can visit Sindudavillas.com to learn more about our villas,
services and other information without providing any personal data to
us whatsoever.
There
are three ways in which you may pass personal information to
Sindudavillas.com:

you send us email.

If you utilize the PayPal Credit Card system to make a down
payment or final payment on your room(s).

you utilize the Pay By Check system to make a down payment or
final payment on your room(s).
The
information from your email is only used to reply back to you
with an answer to your request. The information from #2 and #3 is only
used to process your credit card or check payment, and to reply back to you with
confirmation and/or problems.
Cookies
Sindudavillas.com does not utilize cookies. We neither send
one to your browser, nor do we look for one when you visit our
website.
How Sindudavillas.com protects your customer information
As Sindudavillas.com is
concerned about your privacy, we have implemented the following
systems to safeguard your personal information.
Secure
connections.
Sindudavillas.com has partnered with "PayPal.com", a global leader in
Credit Card payment processing and "PayByCheck.com", a
leader in Internet Check processing, to provide you with a secure
connection during the payment process, which means that information is encrypted
before it is sent over the Internet between your computer and the
payment processing computers. You can verify that the connection is secure
because you will see a key or a padlock at the bottom of your browser
that indicates a secure connection. Another identifier of a secure
connection is the URL (or web site address): the address will change
from "http://" to "https://"
when a secure connection is in place.
Once your information arrives at the payment processing center, your account number(s)
are stored in encrypted files
on a machine that is separated from the site's Internet connection by
a firewall. This firewall is designed to protect information from
anyone viewing, stealing or otherwise accessing. Both processing
companies use commercially reasonable technological means to prevent
occurrences of third party access.
Disclosure
to external parties.
Sindudavillas.com will not distribute, sell, or rent your name or
e-mail address (or any other personal information) to any third
parties. If you send us a check or use one of our online payment services, the
information you give, such as your credit card number, checking account number, and contact information, will of course be provided to our
bank and your bank but this is only to complete the financial transaction.

under a subpoena, court order or regulatory requirement.
Protection
of Privacy of Children Younger than 13
Sindudavillas.com does not target
children and does not expect to sell any of its services
to children.
