Ocean Room's balcony allows a perfect view of night skies.  From your window you'll watch just to the right, as the Southern Cross rises out of the sea in the southeast during the month of June.  At that time of summer, Robert will show you the spectacle of seeing both the North Star & the Southern Cross.  Amazing and magic.  
     Through curtains of cotton-white, the air is filled with seashore scents.  Oceano is one of our favorite spaces.  Laze on the balcony over the ocean with sun-dappled fingers of light peeking through overhead 'bajareque' (peeled poles used frequently in Mayan buildings).

At night, tuck into fresh cotton sheets.  You'll be lulled by the constant surf-sound on the Belize Reef which you can see (the white froth) on the horizon where sea meets azure sky. 

Spend afternoons swinging in a hammock on the balcony with a book.
